Facilities like this are so needed! They are such a great resource for quick, emergency access to mental healthcare without having to wait months for an appointment. I visited a few different psychiatric clinics over the past month and this one by far has been the best.  The staff seems to genuinely care about their patients and they all have a good attitude. I am so thankful my primary care referred me to this place the level of excellence and professionalism that was expressed was top-tier. I am so thankful for the comfort and services offered by this facility. The staff was amazing and very understanding. I loved my visit at UrgentPsych!! Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. All of my needs were met and it took no time at all! Lifesaver! Our 5 year old always struggled with big emotions and it has translated into adhd aggression that became physical.  I was recommended to this place and Dr. Khan was our hero.  She sat down with my daughter and myself and helped us with a stopgap medication until we can see her new Psychiatrist next week. Everyone was so kind and empathetic. This is a perfect place if you want to go to the er for psychiatric needs, but not a psychologist ward. They will not treat you like you are drug seeking and will greet you with kindness and empathy.
